Dave Kwok, Principal
My winding work journey has taken me from corporate settings, small businesses, church ministry, and non-profits. Most recently, I co-founded a non-profit pediatric and behavioral health clinic and served as its Executive Director for over a decade. Looking back over the past 30 years, my core conviction is that the health and effectiveness of our relationships with ourselves and others governs our effectiveness in the modern workplace. I have an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and an engineering degree from Princeton University.
Receiving coaching has been an invaluable component of my professional toolkit. As a coach I seek to create an unhurried space to reflect, articulate thoughts and arrive at conviction.
